remote start issues
 

I have a 2018 Duramax, just recently i have noticed that when i try to start it with my remote, sometimes it won't start.. I lock it the horn beeps hit the start
button and nothing.. put new batteries in both fobs, still same thing.. sometimes it will start, ( if i use the key no problems starts perfect) any help would be great before i go to the dealer ship.

I have a 2017 GMC sierra and I have found that if you don't press the start button perfectly in the center the truck does not start. Sometimes it takes me 2 or 3 tries to remote start the truck.
