Removing Door Panel '94 Suburban

I've read the posts but I'm afraid I'll break something. How does that switch panel come off, and how do I remove the door panel after that? Driver's side first. It's so tight I feel certain there must be some screws in there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
