My 2003 Silverado does not cool my truck when it gets to the upper 80's and higher. I have climate control. It doesn't cool, is the norm or should I have someone look at it?

You're probably just a bit low on refrigerant is all. Most places are going to check the system before they fill it so it's a win win but will cost a little more.

One thing you can do before taking it in is to check your cabin filters. If the system can't breathe, it can't cool either.

There's 2, and they are under the dash near the glove box.

This should help you out...

A 2003 may not have them. I think they stopped in 2002.

I look and there isn't any filters. I even took off the plastic shield off under the glove box and nothing. Any other help?
