2006 GMC Sierra, riding down the highway and the abs light along with the brake light came on and the speedometer went to zero. Had brakes, stopped, restarted and the truck won't shift gears. Disconnected battery terminal and started truck everything worked fine. Went for a test drive and it acted the same way. Repeated steps and went back for a test drive and everything worked fine. Any thing that I can look for or should be alarmed about. Appreciate any hekp.

 

I've seen the 06 Chev trucks experience electrical issues because of corrosion UNDER the fuse and reply panel in the unit under the hood.
