Silverado Help

Hi im looking to buy a silverado. What year of that truck would look good with 35' tires? Or what kind of truck looks good with decent size tires?

my personal favorites are the 99-02 models... im not big on the 03 and up grilles... no matter which one you get though you'll need either a 3" leveling or 3" body lift to clear 35" tires

.......I second that. No offense guys! I know the 03-06 have more power and fewer querks with them, but I'd go either a 98 Silverado, a 99-02 Silverado or even a 07-08 Silverado or Sierra.

The 99-02 silverado's have the smallest wheel wells out of all the silverado's. My buddy had to shave some of his bumper to clear 35's with a 6" lift. My 35"s fit perfect on mine with no shaving. I even clear 37's with a 6" lift with an aftermarket bumper. I do love the 95 silverado's 2500 with that 454 though.

I personally like the look of my 05' better. I am not as big a fan of the rounded look of the earlier models. They all look good though.

I have to say, I like the 03+ Silverado's best. I want my next truck to be a 03,04,05 charcoal gray Silverado 5.3 reg cab, 4" lift and 35's.

But as far as Sierras, I think the 99-02 look MUCH better than their 03+. :D

04blkchevy you clear tires a lot better because you have an hd too though... but it does seem 285s are tucked harder in 99-02s than they were in the 98 and earlier silverados... thats just from looking though i haven't really given it much thought
