wat are best full header back exhuast upgrade, full Cold-air intake, throttle body spacer, and chip or programmer... looking for the most hp/tq numbers from these upgrades and best sound from exhuast

well ive always been a fan of k&n for intakes. i have a helix power tower throttle body spacer. it made a noticeable difference. i dont know anything about chips and programmers.

I didn't even know they still made the 4.3L. Wow, it has been around forever. Custom tunes do the best when compared to hypertech and the one-size-fits-all types of programmers that are out there.

Yeah go for a tune. The only headers I ever messed with on V6 were Edelbrock shorty headers that went into the stock Y-pipe and into the cat then into a 40 series flow master then dualed out. And that was on a 1991 Dodge Dakota. Man did it come to life... especailly with the 5 speed transmission.
