Slow moving power windows

The power windows on a 2002 1500HD Crew Cab are SLOW to go up and down. The job gets done but it takes forever. Any thoughts on what might be the cause and/or the costs of getting these back to their original spec?

it would be window motors if they are REAL slow...if they are just dragging a bit,try lubing the rubbers with silicone spray
