Spark Plug Wires
 

I was just wondering what kind of wires you guys think are good....What you guys have used or whatever. Or should I just stick with the stock AC Delco ones. Thanks

Just go with AC Delco. I would go with 8mm or so or get colored wires if you really wanted something different. But buying expensive "performance" wires won't do all that much unless you have a modified motor, larger injectors, NOS, or Forced Induction.

Save you money for something you really want for your truck.

Granatelli 0 ohm 8 mm plug wires and G3 plugs. Now you can forget that for a long time
May be a small increase in mileage over a long run.( Interstste )

stick with AC Delco, use all AC Delco tuneup parts.

changing brands can trigger senors thatmay give you a engine service light.

why take the chance

AC Delco are fine the wires are so short high dollar wires dont make much of a difference.

I bought MSD plug wires a few weeks ago, no complaints.

I agree with most everybody though, the plugs are short so high performance stuff won't make much of a difference at all.

You should stick with ac delco. I do when I can, but I'm not going to buy something that is an inferior product for more money.

I bought MSD wires. I have had good luck with them. Also, they were less than the GM ones.

THERE IS GOOD PLUG WIRES AND GOOD PLUGS ,YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
THEN THERE IS BEST,E3 PLUGS,BOSCH PLUGS,NGK PLUGS,PLATINUM FOR SURE,AS MANY
GROUND STRAPS AS US CAN ( BOSCH + 4 ) A GOOD SET OF 0 OHM'S WIRES.

I have MSD wires have had good luck with them in fact my whole ignition system is MSD but I have heard that Delco wires are good.

For the record, the Gen III's have been dyno'd with stock and aftermarket wires and there were no differences shown. I run Taylor 409 race wires because of the underhood temps and the wires are huge. For basic applications, stock are fine.
