I need the larger speaker for the front door on my 05 Sierra. It appears there are 2 speakers in the front door panels. Can anyone tell me the sizes of the speakers in the front door panel and whether they are a 1 way, 2 way or small sub.

6 1/2" - the factory is a one way, but you can replace it with whatever you like. I put some 2-Ways in mine and it sounds real good. You can visit crutchfield.com for the right depth speakers, although I think the fronts handle just about any common depth speaker. The rear's you have to watch out for them hitting the window track if you go to deep.
