Also...those tbi distributors...tended to crack at the pick-up coil...you'd have to remove the dist...slide the shaft out,and look under the top of the shaft for cracks

cool cool, my uncle told me the bushings in the dist can wear out,
then the rotor button is off centered ya kno it's the wrong distance from the contacts and that causes misfire wich means i could need a new dist..... lovley just lovley... cheapest one i could find was a jegs piece 144$

EUREKAI FOUND IT!!!!!!!!

i have found the source of all my problems
and no it's not my ex girlfriend it was the map sensor
i think thats what it's called, i tryed one 2 weeks ago and it
made no difference but i guess it was a bad sensor too i tryed one
a hour ago and the thing runs beautiful no hesitation what so ever
boy am i glad i found it it was really pissin me off :eek:
