Default Steering Problem!!!

Had a little slack in the steering of my 95 1/2 ton 2wd so I did some checking. I found that the pitman arm had some wear to it so I changed it out, now the wheel is cocked over about an 1/8th of the way.

I use to work as an auto tech about 13 years ago before I went to work for a refinery so I know it's installed properly. Plus i've had it apart a few times since. I guess my question is has anyone seen a pitman arm change do this before? And if not has anyone ever got a replacement that wasn't right and caused this problem?

I checked the old one with the new and they look the same but I know it doesn't take much to get them out of wack so to speak!!!

Any help would be great!!!
Thanks!!!
