Default sticky throttle

It seems there is a hitch to the TB mod. After a reinstalled everything i noticed i had to push the accelerator harder to go initially, kinda like it is sticking closed is it possible to adjust it?

does adjusting that screw do anything other than change the idle? i've been tinkering with mine because after i installed my tbs my truck started trying to die when idling... tightened it up a little and it fixed the problem, but now it revs to damn near 2 grand just cranking it up

when you turn that screw, you move the butterfly, which moves the tps as well...it will idle wildly and set codes if it gets out of range
