Swapping a TH400 for a 4L80 tranny

Just wondering how hard it is to swap a th400 for a 4l80 tranny?? what all is involved?

As far as I know, just relocate the transmission mounting frame further back about 8 inches. So the you would have to shorten your driveshaft. Then the electricals.
