Have a '99 tahoe and the rear most light stays on. It just happened tonight. All fuses are good. All exterior lights work correctly. All other interior light shut off correctly. Any ideas on what the problem might be??

you have to go to the back, and next to the light there is a switch...hit the switch and it should turn off...

 

To first poster, I know it is the Silverado forum. Nothing indicates Tahoe so I took a stab at posting in here. Were should Tahoe stuff be posted???

To second poster, thank you and you are right. I just put a new battery in it. Shortly after posting I decided just to go pull the bulbs out back there until I could figure it out. Low and behold I found the switches at that point. You would think after 8 years of ownership I would know they were there. Guess this was the one new thing I learned that day.

Now that you learned you one thing, you don't have to do anything else today. Take the rest of the day off. I firmly believe you have to learn one new thing each day.

 

I go days, sometimes even weeks without learning anything, does this mean i have to learn more than one thing to make up for the days i lost?
