Thermostat Change.. How To Do
I have a 1988 GMC 5L Pick up. I want to change the thermostat. I have changed many in my life time but this one is a bit different in that there is a support bracket that holds the tensionor for the belt that is attached to one of the nuts that holds down the housing. How do I get that bracket out of the way so I can lift the housing up and out of the way.
