Currently deciding if I should go for a Bak VP or G2 tonneau.

Reading some reviews it seems that the VP is better protected (2 year warranty vs 1 year warranty) and it can resist dents. How true are these?

I just need something that can keep my things safe from the rain/snow, something I can throw things on top of and it won't dent or bend, and something I can get quick access to.

Right now there's a coupon at partsengine for $100 off for Thanksgiving, so it makes these two tonneaus each around $1030. Doesn't make sense for me to pick it up in the states as the conversion is **** right now.
