throttle body spacer
 

Brand new to owning a truck as this is my first one but i work at a parts store so i get to know everything pretty well. anyways i was looking into a throttle body spacer for my 95 gmc sierra with a 5.7 350, i have heard both good and bad from some people and just want a final answer if these will add horse power or not?
