Default Tire fitment
How wide of tire can I fit on my 86 k10 with 2" lift?

That depends on the width of you rims. The lift would make no difference in how wide the tire could be.

I was considering 33 14 boggers on 15x12 rims

They should fit. You can go 2-4 over the width. You need to make sure your spaced to clear you suspension.
