TIRE QUESTION

Whats the biggest tires I can put on 97 z71? No suspension lift, or body lift. Can I put 305/70/16's on it without it rubbing the front fenders?

thats a 33x12 (32.8, but w/e)... you'd probably have to turn up the torsion bars to fit that... maybe not though, im not sure... 285/75/r16s will definitely fit though

On my 91' I couldn't put any larger than 285's on it without crankin up the torsion bars. Spacers may help too but i don't think it will be enough for 305's.

305 is to wide of a tire for that. dont go over 285 that can still rub but less likely. alot of people do 265/75/16s on the older 4x4s and have no trouble at all.

Well, I am currently running 285's on it, so that's what I figured about the 305's.
