Torque managment

Everyone with a 99 or up silverado knows that the truck is real slow up to about 15 mph, than it takes off. This is torque management. Does anyone know how to change this? It would be nice to have the truck pull the min. I hit the gas. Please help me out.

RE: Torque managment

How's it work, like a PCM? My Bonneville has a PCM on it, and all you have to do to adjust it is WOT it a couple times and it'll adjust. It reads your driving habits and adjusts. That's just my car, I don't know how y'alls trucks work.
