Torsion Key Lift
Ok I was talking to a guy about doing my torsion lift for me and he said not to waste my money because I would be blowing through ball joints like crazy due to the extra load and angle that puts on them. Has anyone heard this before? Is it true?

RE: Torsion Key Lift
thats only if you crank the hell out of them... if you just even it up you should be fine

RE: Torsion Key Lift
I have the key kit. Say goodbye to your suspension travel all together... literaly.

RE: Torsion Key Lift
Ya if you put the keys in then it ll put more stress on all your joints, and lessen the travel of your suspension so it will be a harsh ride unless you get new shocks that are longer to make up for more travel.

RE: Torsion Key Lift
Ok thanks for the help everyone. I guess im going to have to try and find something else out. It doesnt sound worth it to me.

RE: Torsion Key Lift
Just get some hockey pucks and do a body lift!
|
RE: Torsion Key Lift
What it does is pushes it all the way up so that you have no upward travel. The only thing I know of to get you ground clearance that wont cost a million dollars is a body lift then new tires and rims... but still a lot of money.

RE: Torsion Key Lift
If you use hockey pucks it dont cost allot.
