Towing specs for 07 & 08 1500 4X4
 

May be looking at replacing my truck with an 07 or 08 1500 4X4, but want to find out what there respective towing capacities are. The Chevy/GM website gives the 09 specs (10200# max w/6.0L, ext cab, 4X4, short box), but no past specs.

I would be looking at 07 or 08 1500 ext cab, 4X4, short box, 6.0L, tow package, and as many other factory options as possible. Do any of the 07 & 08 owners out there with a similar truck know what there specs are? or anyone know where to find the info?
