Toyo country a/t or kumho road venture a/t

I am looking at either of these two tires does anyone have any experience with them? Can I expect to get at least 40,000 miles out of them?

I was lucky to get 30,000 with my kumhos.

I have the toyos right now and love them it looks like I will be able to get 40000+ out of them
