transmission swap 1995 4l60e into 2000 4l60e

transmission swap 1995 4l60e into 2000 4l60e

I was wondering if all 4l60e trannys will work in newer style trucks ie. 95 into 2000 due to different motors. I know they will bolt in but it is the wiring harness and computer to control it that worries me any help?
