Hi im new to the whole forum thing but i have a question about my truck and figured this was the best way to find out the answer. I have a 91' chevy silverado single cab with a long fleetside bed i hit a tree just behing the passenger side in the bed so i am in need of a new one i have found a long bed from a 96 and i am wondering if they are the same and if they are goin to fit? there was 8 bolts on the old one and i want to know if they are the same on the 96 cus i know that 89- 94 or so is the same. what do you guys think?

 

It should bolt right up. They never really changed anything on the chevy chassis from 89 to 98.
