Hello guys I'm new to this site and I know you talk trucks so I wanted to ask a question. I'm not sure if I'm alowed to ask for help or just talk about trucks. But I have a 1998 Chevy 1500 full size with a 5.0vortec in it. And the motor is bad. But I have a 2000 GMC with a 4.8vortec in it. I'm wondering if I my 4.8 will bolt up to the transmission of the 5.0 or use the motor and transmission both out of my 2000 GMC. Any help would be greatly appreciated
