Turning a baseline Silverado into a Luxury Truck

I just bought my First Truck, i just turned 16 so this is my first vehicle, however i have been working on cars and trucks for as long as i can remember. anyways, I just bought a 2006 Reg Cab Longbed. its my first vehicle and i wanted a truck that could drive me to school everyday, so reliability was my #1 priority. the truck is a V6 baseline truck, the only reason i bought it was because it was a grandmothers truck and only has 10,000 miles and it rides like brand new, better than my dads 2011 4runner!! anyways back to my question, i would like to add some woodgrain in the interior, get the seats leather covered and add a touch screen navagation and radio, what i was wondering is what other modifications can turn a baseline model truck into a luxurious work and everyday truck. would it also be possible to put a nice dash from a GMC Sierra, and what years would work??? thanks for all your help in advance.

the dashes from the 03-06 silverado and sierra are interchangeable if im not mistaken

also ive seen alot of conversions including the grill that makes it look like an esclade and even has the emblem. SILVERADO*03-06*UN-EXPECTED*CONVERSION*KIT*(BLACK*HEADLIGHT*WITH... (doesnt have the emblem i couldnt find that kit)

but i did find something like this too Chevrolet Silverado Custom Disco Chrome Grille Vertical - HG-SIV06CVT by Custom Disco

myhotsilverado.com has alot of really cool upgrades for every part of your truck and aftermarket stuff. Snoop around on there for a bit theres alot of cool stuff on that site

That's an awesome idea Wiked.
If your gonna do the navigation radio and XM CD changer??? Go after market.
Don't buy one from an auto wrecker, it won't plug and play. I'm quite positive your truck didn,t come with the RPO options to make the navigation portion work.
