Useful stuff I put on my 5.3L crew w/sb non-performance related.
Black powder coated all aluminum tonneau cover for 600.00 (bought on sale) from Peragon
http://www.peragon.com/. Great tonneau at at half the price of everything out there, because they don't sell through retailers. Behind the seat storage from DuHa http://www.duhastorage.com/DU_HA_for...p/dd-10023.htm Although the price is steep, this thing is great. Custom pre-cut tint from SnapTint. http://www.snaptint.com/car-tint-Chevrolet.html This tint couldn't have been easier to install. It was cut perfectly. Jotto Desk computer desk http://www.jottodesk.com/Comersus/st...&status=-1 If you work out of your car and use a computer, this is a must. Console Gun Vault http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/te...equestid=63837 X-Pel Headlight Protection- http://www.autosportcatalog.com/inde...32&cid=105 I personally think the new lexan headlight lenses are a bad idea run amok. I went through bottle after bottle of plastic polish keeping the lenses on my last vehicle clear, not to mention the time and elbow grease. These things are thick and install the same way as window tint. They have worked like a champ. Kleen Wheels- brake dust shield- http://www.autosportcatalog.com/inde...p&pid=1045 If you are tired of cleaning brake dust off your rims, get these. WeatherTech Extreme Duty Floor Liners- http://www.autosportcatalog.com/inde...3357&cid=4 I've been real happy with these. My carpet has been untouched despite my constantly getting in my truck with red clay all over my boots. Big Sky Racks Overhead Gun Rack- http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/te...equestid=72476 If you don't have one where I live, people look at you funny. Vizualogic Video Headrests Package- [URL=http://www.crutchfield.com/S-KS1F0slNJXK/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=170350&tab=morephotos&pi=7& amp;i=030A007GRY&display=L#Tab]http://www.crutchfield.com/S-KS1F0slNJXK/cgi-b |

Man, you must live in the sticks like me to be carryin some of this kick ass ****. Hey do you ever hit your head onthe gun rack, im 6'1" and that is what has kept me from getin one. Do you need to modify your console to get that gun vaul in there? I carry a couple handguns in mine and have always felt a little iffy about it not being locked up. How do yu like the tint, did you have any trouble putting it on with the bubbles? I wish i would have had those floormats before i ruined the carpet on mine, but its a pickup and thats the way it is.

I now have a wish list for stuff for my family to get me. Can't actually tell them to buy me a flowmaster muffler and feel good about it. This way they can get me something that they'll be able to see :)

The gun rack goes over the rear seats on my crew cab. I'm 6'4" and no worries. The gun vaults are application specific bolt ons, it fits like a glove. I know it sounds like I'm a total gear head, but I spend 8 or more hours a day in my truck, so I like all the comforts of home. As to the window tint, it was hands down the easiest application I've done. Just make sure you install it when the temp is between 65 and 75. If the glass is too hot, you'll never be able to keep enough solution on the glass to work with it. If it is too cold out, the static will drive you mad. We have a 30 degree temp swing here between day and night, so I just did it as soon as the sun broke the horizon. I only did a couple of windows a day until I got it done. You also have to absolutely certain your window gaskets are install back perfectly prior to rolling the windows back up, or the ends inside the door might tear or scratch the film. If you live in a hot climate, get the "true gray" film. It keeps out the most heat.
