Vent Visor (in channel or not)?

I am looking for some Vent visors for my Silver. I see there is a in-channel or regular stick on paint setup. Which is better??

I originally bought the in chanel ones but I quickly brought them back cause they were scratching my window glas and pushing out the molding.

I say go for the stick on ones, I have those now and love them
