Default What fuse?

I have a 2010 K1500 Silverado. I do plowing so I have a warning light on top that I plug into the right side cigarette plug outlet. I may have overloaded it by also running a spot light from it. Well, everything stopped working while plowing. I figured I blew the fuse so I looked in the manual for which one to replace. The manual shows #53 to be the cigarette lighter, auxiliary power outlet. I checked the fuse and it seems fine. What confuses me is that there are 2 outlets that I can plug things into (one under the fan control and the other under the air circulation options and defrost control). When I tried the other outlet it is live and all works! I checked all the 20 amp fuses and they are all good. None seem blown but will be a pain to have to pull every fuse out to see if it is blown.
Any ideas why one of the outlets works but the other doesn't? Any idea how to fix it?

OK I found the interior fuse block and the fuse to fix. Now I have another problem. See new post "warning lights"
