What is required to change the rear pads on an 03'?
Apart from the new pads themselves, what tools are necessary for a pad swap?
Thanks ahead of time folks. New to the forum, and it seems to be like I'll be spending alot of time online again...

pretty simple...some 18mm or 21 bolts that are tight as hell usually...and the caliper pops off...the big problem is usually the parking brake shoes are gone...does your park brake work >?

got the pads swapped out. Apart from the impact socket, it only required a 14mm wrench to get the job done. Much easier than my porsche. Took myself and a buddy no more than ten minutes from start to finish.
Now for the real question. How do ya tighten up the e-brake?
Mine has been n/a for a few months now...

you should have done that already...with trhe caliper off, slide the rotor off...it has a brake adjuster like old trucks...but if its not holding, its shoes are probably shot

I had mine redone under dealer warranty but they never tightened them up enough so I never use it. So they should be fine (I hope). I have to try and tighten them now cause my new house is on this huuuuuuuge hill and I don't want to let the parking pin do all the work.
