Default What should I do with my truck?

This December Im due for my raise and I should be able to afford a newer or new truck. What would you guys do? Remember my current truck is in great shape and has 75K on it with no problems other than the slip-yoke and leaf springs needing greased. If i keep it the only thing I'll really need to do to it is beef up the transmission and hope it holds out for a long time. If I buy another truck the 99' will get traded.

Buy a house if you dont live in one allready so you have a place to work on your truck. Get a shop and then a nice project car.

No sense in giving up the opportunity to get a house and keep a 7 year old truck going. It looks nice and based on your description doesn't appear to need any work.

I voted for the Chevelle ...drop a 454 in there ...I was looking at Chevelle's the other night online ... my boys and I are looking for a project car to build over the next several years ....either we're going with a Chevelle, a 58 Impala, or a 61 or 62 truck.

I would give my left nut for a 69' Chevelle with a 396. But it would be nice to have a real garage first.

I am leaning toward the house but it depends on the market. In FL there are plenty of houses for sale but the current owners owe to much and arent willing to come down to fair market value. I know it's a long drive but there are 3 1970 chevelles for sale in my town.

Aw man I know. I was in Florida this past July and I swear there was more muscle cars for sale down there than there are muscle cars all together up here! Realestate is bad here too. Same senerio here with too much money being owed and prices stay high. I might hold out on any investments for awhile and see what happens.

Aw hell, buy the house and a new Tundra! He who dies with the most toys and the biggest debt wins, lol! Guess you can tell my vote?
