Will a 1986 GM posi rear fit in a 1994 GMC Sierra housing?

Hello, I'm new to the forums, and need to know if a 1986 GM posi rear will fit in a 1994 GMC Sierra 1500 rear housing?

Any info/help is appreciated.

yes i would think it would fit. better yet call a shop that does that kind of thing and just ask...im sure they would know too
