Wiper problem..

Went out the other day, started the truck, and turned on the wipers, not knowing the passenger side wiper was frozen and didn't move. Now it just kind of flops around.

Before I tear into this does anyone know what I'll need to fix it, so that I can have it on hand.

Pop the cap off the wiper nut. Check the nut most likely loose. If so just align the arm and tighten.
