A buddy of mine has an 04 sierra Z85 with factory XM satelite and had his head unit replaced with another FACTORY head unit at a GMC dealership and now his satelite isnt working.I suggested taking it back to them but he wants more opinions first

 

it was probably programmed wrong at the dealer..take it back
