1974 3/4 ton International

Hi everyone, I have a 74 International I'm trying to fit a truck bed on. I haven't had any luck finding a used one to purchase. Can anyone tell me if a Ford or a Dodge or Chevy or any other kind of truck bed will fit on my truck so I can expand my search? Thanks
