Default Truck won’t start

I’ve got a 1981 Chevy c20 5.7L, the engine was replaced about 10 years ago with a 5.7L from a G30 RV. It’s sat for about 2-3 Years due to cooling issues, but I decided to revitalize the truck. I’ve replaced radiator, hoses, fuel pump, battery, spark plugs, fuel filter, and rebuilt the Carb. It will fire when starter fluid is sprayed in the carb. But it will instantly die after it’s burned up. Which made me think fuel wasn’t getting to the carb. I took off the the fuel line from pump to carb and gas came out. So I’m lost on ideas at this point. Any suggestions?

Friends, I suggest you go to a repair shop to have an expert diagnose it, or you can use a diagnostic tool to check yourself

If your truck won’t start, first check if the battery is charged and connections are tight. Try turning the key and listen for sounds like clicking. Look at the fuel level and make sure there is fuel in the tank. Check the fuses and see if any are blown. If nothing seems to help, you may need a mechanic to look at the truck.
