Have 95 dakota 3.9l obd code 27
 

Injector control circuit does not respond to control signal, any suggestions about what to check to solve the problem? Truck runs fine during cold weather, but when outside temp gets above 50 to 55 degrees, starts idleing rough and looses power. Then check engine lite comes on. Code 27 is only one shown. Any suggestions appreciated.
