Will not Start

My name is David and I have some questions regarding the troubleshooting of the electric fuel pump on my 95 Dodge Dakota Sport. Let me begin by what i've done and what the truck is not doing.
The Fuel pump is not coming on for a few seconds like it should when I turn the ignition to on.I replaced it about a month ago after I found the Gas tank all gunked up and full of fouled gas. Like I said the pump was replced and the it began to work but shortly after while I was addresing other issues (Crank Position Sensor) it stoped coming on.
The Crank Position sensor is just basically in the gromet since apparently the previous owner got a new shor block and not the proper one for this engin and the mounting holes are not on there.

I should probably also say that I traced current on the GR/OR cable from the relay and also current on the GR/BL. The basic question I have is Where does the Fuel pum gets it's ground from.

I really need some help on this one.
