Won't stay running

My 03' V6 3.9L dakota has been sitting in my driveway for over a year. I need to move it but it wont stay idle, I tried to jump it using several other cars (one was a MB diesel) and it would turn-over and start but immediately will die out. I can keep it running by giving it some gas but even after giving it some gas, letting it rev abit, the engine still dies out. Theres gas at least 1/4 with oil (practically new since I haven't driven it since storing it 1yr ago, and replaced oil/smog check 3 months ago) Can anyone help with why it can't stay running, I just need to move to another garage less then 100 feet away, a quick start, go and park! less then 5 mins!!! ****... any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Sounds like a fuel supply issue.
Either BAD fuel or Bad fuel delivery issue.

If your not gonna fix it. Just moving it then leaving it. You can get a second person to ride under the hood with a spray bottle of fuel. LOL
You get it going then Buddy can keep spraying just enough fuel in the throttle body to keep it going while you drive it the 100 feet. Or PUSH IT. (safer)

should i try to flush out the remaining fuel and put "new" fuel in before trying the "spray and pray" technique? As for pushing it, i'd need 3-4 guys, we gotta push it uphill, kinda steep degree and up a steeper driveway. Pushin it would be last resort.

No flushing is a lot of messy work. If there is a lot still in the tank? Ad a fuel stabilizer and octane booster. If there is just a bit? Ad more then 50% more then what's in it.
