I have a 2016 ram 1500 Hemi 4wd with 8 speed auto tranny, 18k miles since new. Zero problems up until a month or so ago. When I shift from reverse to drive first thing in the morning, the trans. hesitates for about 3 or 4 seconds before it will move forward. Looked on the web for "checking transmission fluid" WOW! no dipstick, 2 day process in dealer shop, and $45/ qt for the fluid. I really like the truck, but if this is any indication of the new thinking at dodge/ram, GMC here I come!
