95 ram

I have a 95 ram 1500 3.9l 2wd with 210 000kms so i guess around 130 000 ish miles on it... the body is beginning to get pretty rusted and the paint is starting to peel off. i plan on keeping this truck till it dies so i was planning on doing a body job and a "rustoleum" paint job on it to make it a little more appealing. my question is, do you guys think worth putting the time into this truck? or will it die soon?

also.. found out the dipstick is broke, but i do know its due for an oilchange.. since i cant check the oil level until i get a new dipstick, does anybody know the amount of oil I would need to do an oil change on this truck? thanks

Gasoline Engine Oil should be at least API SH or SH/CD with the correct viscosity for the temperature chart below.

I would prefer you to change the oil as oil plays an important role, it would be help your truck to run smooth.
