dodge ram/ defrost door might be broken

big help need, 2002 or 2003 dodge ram 2500 has to do with the defrost door not working?

"blend door actuator"...its a very common problem.

If the defrost is on all the time, the vacuum line going to the selector switch may be rubbed through. Real common, especially with the diesels.
