dropin or sray on
i am looking into buying a bedliner, should i go with a dropin factory or a sprayed on? I have heard that the spay ons are better but they are pricey? Are they worth the extra money are they that much better then the dropins
i have a drop in im pulling it out and im doing hurcaliner is like $50 i did on my firends truck and its really easy if you go for spray on dont do linex i wrecked linex in my old truck and they wouldnt warrenty because it was a work truck
Depends on what you do with the truck, if you haul loose material (gravel, dirt, etc.) the drop in liner is slick and easier to unload, if you haul coolers and boxes, then the rollon or sprayin is the way to go since they do not let things slide around. I have a drop in and use a pole with hook to drag boxes to the rear so it works for me. New truck has a drop in mat, I will put a roll on coat below this and on the side to protect the paint.
If you put a drop in liner in your bed, you might as well not put anything in! When you are through with the truck, the bed will look as bad as if you didn't put anything in it at all! Not to mention, nothing stays in place. I have had more trucks that I have fingers and toes, and I do everything from throwng a cooler in the back, to farm/ranch chores with mine. I won't use anything but a spray in liner. It's well worth the extra money! Remember, you get what you pay for!
