HEMI running rough
 

i have an 03 2500 thats not idling well or running right. i recently changed plugs wires and o2 sensors and after that i noticed the change. i first put platinum plugs in it and then was told they might be the problem so i swapped in new original plugs and its still not running right. with the new plugs i have about two hours on the truck. any help is greatly appreciated.
