Intake on 1985 Ramcharger

i have a 1985 Dodge Ramcharger witht he 5.2 318 and a factory 1bbl. carb. if i switch to a 2bbl insted of the 4bbl will i feel the diffrence from the 1bbl to the 2 bbl or will there not be a change?
