I have a 2002 Dodge RAM Quad Cab with the 17" painted aluminum factory wheels. Over time the factory lug nuts seem to increase in size or expand as the lug wrench no longer fits on the front wheels. The lug nuts on the rear wheels do not seem to be having this problem. I have been told this is a result of heat causing them to expand.

I have replaced all of the lug nuts on the front wheels a year ago with new, factory nuts from Dodge. Again, the wrench does not fit.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a better, after-marketlug nut available?
