Newb ram suspension questions
Hi folks,
I have a couple of basic questions about a particular year/system. Bear with me, I'm mainly a musclecar/Ford guy, but its for a friend;) On a '97 Ram, 318, 4x4, do you have to pull the whole assembly to change the rotors, or can you pull just the rotor off the hub? And secondly, are the shocks a shock/strut setup, or just shocks? Any tips or hints that would be useful in changing these pieces? Sorry for my ignorance, but if anybody needs to know how to replace a t-5 in a fox body 'Stang, I got ya covered, LOL Thanks again, J |

RE: Newb ram suspension questions
i have a 97 4x4, front suspension is a Strut set up with a 4link and a solid axle! gotta love dodge! You dont have to take apart the whole hub assembly to change the brakes/rotors. changin brakes/rotors aint hard, the front suspension might be another story, got the stock suspension on mine. hope this helps later
