Power Steering
 

Hi! I check my power steering fluid and it's all good. when im stopped and want to turn the steering wheel it is very hard. when i give gas, I can turn easy!?! What could it be?

If your power steering fluid level is fine and your power steering is whining(most likely the high pitch squeal you're hearing) then your power steering pump may not be working.
