ram box

I don't know if there is already a thread for this but I was wondering I guy pulled up to my work a couple of months ago with a newer Dodge Ram 1500 with the Ram box thing I was wondering what you guys thought of them?? In my oppionion I would rather have that then a step side but I would rather have a normal 6' 1/2 bed or 8' and put a normal toolbox in the back then them but I don't have one. So what do you guys think??

I have 09 cc ram box 5 ft 7 in bed
I work out of mine and LOVE IT
53 inches across the bed
Every thing I had in a standard cross the bed tool box fit in the ram box

I like the idea, I just wish chev and GM would do the same.
I have seen them across the bottom of the box. Similar to those storage compartments you would see on a camper. But not very practical in the north. They would rust in no time then leak.
I do like the Dodge's version of in box storage.

I've only seen them on drive by... never got to see how well they are built.

Like the idea, but would think it would get scratched up pretty easy.
